Is it safe to pay ?
Yes it is. We are a company for which satisfied customers are number one. That means we will never let happen that you, for example, don’t receive what you ordered, while you paid for it.
We have never experienced it, but it is also possible to claim back your money at the creditcard company.
To which countries do you ship?
We ship to every country in the world. Our experience is that the packages arrive at any destination.
How much time does it take to receive my package?
The shipping time depends on the destination. In general iit takes about two or three weeks. For some destinations though, it could take more time. Some countries have strict customs control, this can take extra time.
In what condition will I receive my order?
Word of Europe wraps packages carefully. We have had a few cases that a product was damaged when arrived. In some countries customs opened a package. We also experienced twice the product was melted. We guarantee a delivery in good condition. If not, we will refund you or resend it to you.
I live in an area that is very hot. In what order could I expect my order?
We wrap our packages carefully. For example, we chocolate in bubblewrap to isolate. Our experience is that in most cases the products arrive in good condition. We have several loyal customers in Arabian countries, ordering chocolates. We guarantee a delivery in good condition. If not, we will refund you or resend it to you.
You only ship twice a week. Why don’t you ship daily?
Worldwide shipping is costly and we want to offer our products at affordable prices. By shipping daily, we would have to double our prices - at least.
Can I return a product to you?
Yes, you can return a product to us, as long as it is unopened and unused. We will refund you within 3 three days after we received it back.
