Better life, better farming, better food, Cocoa trees bloom almost all year round with countless white and purple flowers. In West Africa and Latin America they are often planted in the shelter of strong and tall trees. This way they are well protected against the bright sun. The fruits are rowed twice a year to be harvested. The higher the quality, the more the beans yield and the tastier the chocolate. It is this cocoa that, together with the hazelnuts, gives your pasta its taste.
