1. Duration
The guarantee is valid from the moment you place your order until 100 days after delivery.
2. Delivery
In case a parcel is not delivered, we will refund your order. A parcel could be delivered at a post office, distribution center or other pick up point nearby.
3. Damage
In case a product is damaged, we will refund your order. We may ask you to send us pictures of the damaged product(s) in advance.
4. Order cancellation
An order can be canceled before an order is shipped. You can cancel you’re your order by sending an e-mail to info@worldofeurope.com.
Returns

2. Return Eligibility
You can return or exchange most products purchased from our store within 100 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories. We do not accept returns on items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Receive a return label from our customer service representative.
- Package the product securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation.

5. Return Shipping
We provide you with a shipping label that can be used for the return shipment
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds will be processed in the currency of the original transaction. Please note that currency exchange rates may apply, and any difference in refund amount due to currency fluctuations is beyond our control.
7. Exchanges
Unopened and undamaged products can be exchanged within 100 days of purchase. Products must be in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact. Perishable items (e.g., dairy, meat, produce) are not eligible for exchange due to their nature.
Contact our customer support team within 100 days after you received your order to initiate an exchange. Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange. Follow the instructions provided by our customer support representative. Our customer service provides a shipping label, at our expense.
8. Exceptions
Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” are not eligible for return or exchange.
9. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will replace the product or issue a full refund.
10. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or acts of war, we may be unable to process returns or provide refunds. We will make every effort to resume normal operations as soon as possible.
